1. START WITH A SWEEP OF SHADOW
Sweep on Eye Studio Color Tattoo Cream Gel Shadows creating a gradient effect - the lightest and most shimmery in the inner corner, a mid-tone in the center and a deeper, richer shade at the outer corner and crease. Mimic this placement below the eye.
2.CREATE A CAT-EYE
Glide Master Precise eyeliner along the lashline from the inner to outer corner extending the line up to the tail of the brow to create a cat-eye.
3.PUSH IT UP
Starting at the base of the lashes, apply mascara generously out to the tips. Apply a second coat, if desired, to the outer corner to play up the flirty cat-eye liner and gradient eyeshadow.
4.ADD A RED LIP
Finish with a bold swipe of Creamy Mattes lipstick in 'Divine Wine'.
